Mr and Mrs Ang mastered the craft working for years in their employer's business before striking it out on their own. In the picture is Mrs Ang with her son Justin who was helping out at the stall at the time of my visit. He was just 12 when they first started out but now taller than Mommy. See the family resemblance and the warm smile even behind the mask. Service is friendly and food is great. Stall is open from 7am to 2pm each day, rest on Fridays.
